• Understanding Client Requirements ;
• Preliminary interview with the candidates for profile matching/ Explaining Organization and taking their consent/go-ahead ;
• Short listing with complete profile of the candidate for the clients;
• Ensure that the both the client as well as the candidate has profile of each other which facilitates the smooth induction process.
