Merchandiser - Handicrafts Industry - New Delhi
Should be minimum Graduate with 6 plus experience of working with Handicrafts Industry.
Would be responsible for :

Internal & external communication with the Handicraft Industry Buying Houses / Prospective Clients
Meeting and exploring the business opportunities / procuring orders for Handicraft items of every type.
Planning & follow-up with the Production Team and Update client about status.
Identify and target new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including Buying houses.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches.
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competition
Meet clients, attend Trade Fares / shows, and explore new markets.
Co-ordinate with various departments: Production, Operations and other related departments, for smooth flow of business.
